Cosmos Collection Altay Resort 5★ — health resort in the heart of Gorny Altai
A private resort on 77 hectares of picturesque territory with coniferous forests and lakes, 60 minutes from Gorno airport‑Altaysk and ~40 km from the capital of the republic. There are 3 restaurants, a modern SPA, a large sauna complex, a children's club, rental and all—season activities. For business events, there is the largest congress hall in the region with up to 200 guests. The concept is "quiet luxury": maximum attention to health and comfort without unnecessary fuss.
There is a choice of accommodation — hotel and secluded cottages: 60 rooms in the hotel and 19 detached cottages. There are up to 136 rooms of different categories in total.
Altai Health Center (MEDSI)
The flagship of the region's balneology: 200+ medical procedures, 17 wellness programs (adults and children), check‑up for men and women. Key areas: pantotherapy (all year round), balneology (Vichy/Charcot showers, baths), physiotherapy, mud treatment, invasive techniques (ozone therapy, VLOK, etc.), massage, cosmetology. Available under VMI (SOGAZ, AlfaStrakhovanie; the chronology is expanding).

Three locations for different recreation formats:

Location and logistics
40 km from Gorno‑Altaysk; 60 minutes by car or 15 minutes by helicopter from the airport. There is a helipad at the resort (coordinates in the presentation). Regular flights from Moscow all year round (Aeroflot, S7) and from Novosibirsk.
