You can choose and book a tour yourself by using the online service on our website "Tour search and online booking". To do this, use the tour search form directly on the main page of the website.

• Select the desired tour and click on the “Book” button.
• To get acquainted with the terms of payment and cancellation of the selected tour.
• Specify the full name of the tourists (for tours with air travel, you must specify the passport details and dates of birth of the tourists).
• Register in your Personal Account by mobile phone number or email.
• Book a tour.
• Pay the bill.
• Print the voucher for check-in.

THROUGH THE MANAGER

• You can submit a request via the form on the website or send a request by email: VIP@planeta-sochi.ru
• Our tour designers will help you choose the necessary options according to your wishes and book the tour remotely.
• All documents will be sent to your email address.

• When booking more than 120 days before arrival, 30% of the tour price is for 14 days, full payment is at least 14 days before arrival.
• When booking 61-120 days before arrival, 30% of the tour price is for 14 days, full payment is at least 14 days before arrival.
• When booking 15-60 days before arrival, 30% of the tour price is for 7 days, full payment is at least 14 days before arrival.
• When booking 11-14 days before arrival, 100% of the tour price is within 3 days.
• When booking 6-10 days before arrival, 100% of the tour price is within 2 days.
• If you book less than 5 days before arrival, 100% of the tour price is within 24 hours.

Some accommodation facilities (or tours) may have individual payment terms and conditions. As well as on public holidays, the payment terms may vary.

Payment is considered to be the receipt of funds to the operator's current account.
